System Requirements

Woof! is platform independent and should run under a supported web server on any system on which Tcl 8.6 is available. Woof! will not work with earlier versions of Tcl.

The following web servers are supported by Woof!:

• Microsoft IIS
• Apache
• Lighttpd
• Any web server that supports CGI or SCGI interfaces.

Woof! is also available as a single-file executable, BowWow, on Windows, with an embedded web server for development or quick try-out purposes.
